CamFeba Welcomes New Board of Directors for 2025-2027 Mandate

  Phnom Penh, Cambodia – The Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CamFeba) is pleased to announce the election of its new Board of Directors for the 11th Mandate (2025-2027). The new board was elected on July 24, 2025, during our Annual General Meeting (AGM) by the esteemed members. Following the election, the new Board convened to determine its leadership structure, demonstrating a renewed commitment to guiding CamFeba's strategic direction and enhancing its services for the Cambodian business community. The new board comprises a diverse group of prominent business leaders from various sectors, dedicated to advancing the interests of employers and fostering a vibrant business environment.
  Child Labour Project Technically and financially supported by ILO IPEC, CAMFEBA has implemented a child labour project aiming at mobilizing employers to eliminate child labour in Cambodia , focusing on the worst forms of child labour. A dedicated group of private sector representatives and Child Labour Focal Persons were created and trained and have been an active and effective mechanism in disseminating information and knowledge on the worst forms of child labour. A Code of Conduct for employers was developed and adopted by employers in target sectors under the project. The project works extensively in a variety of sectors including brick, rubber plantations, fishery, salt production, domestic child labour, and child porters.
